Hundreds of researchers, one reporting standard.
A bug bounty platform: you open a program, researchers find vulnerabilities, our team triages every report and confirmed findings are paid out.

- VDP
- Triage
- Payouts

Why it matters
The problem
A one-off pentest is a snapshot of one day: the next release brings new vulnerabilities. Bug bounty makes testing continuous: researchers probe your application every day with different methods, and you pay only for confirmed results.
Our answer
BugOne makes the process manageable: scope and rules are clear, every report is reproduced and rated by our team, and only confirmed findings reach you.
What is included
06 modulesBugOne
- Bug bounty
- VDP
- Triage
- Payouts
- 01

Public and private programs
A public program or an invite-only one; scope, rules and the reward table are agreed with you.
- 02

Triage on our side
Every report is reproduced and rated by CVSS; duplicates and noise never reach you.
- 03

VDP
A vulnerability disclosure policy is drafted and published: researchers know how to report and what to expect.
- 04

Payouts
Rewards go through the platform: settlements with researchers, paperwork and tax questions do not land on you.
- 05

Tracked until fixed
A finding stays open until it is closed; after the fix, the researcher or our team retests it.
- 06

Reports
Program statistics: findings, severity distribution, time to close, in a form management can read.
How it goes
04 steps
- 01
Scope and rules
Which domains and applications are in, what is forbidden, what the reward table looks like: agreed in writing.
- 02
Launch
The program starts privately with selected researchers and can go public later if needed.
- 03
Triage and confirmation
Every report is reproduced, rated and delivered to you confirmed.
- 04
Fix and payout
You fix, we retest, the researcher gets paid.
What you get
- 01
Confirmed findings
With reproduction steps, impact and a CVSS rating.
- 02
Program page and VDP
Public rules for researchers and a disclosure policy.
- 03
Periodic report
Findings, deadlines and trend, in management language.
Questions
All productsDoes bug bounty replace a pentest?
No, it complements it. A pentest is deep and planned, bug bounty is broad and continuous. Most clients run a pentest first, then bug bounty.
Won’t researchers damage a live system?
The rules clearly define forbidden actions (DoS, social engineering, data deletion). A researcher who breaks them is removed from the program.
Who sets the reward amounts?
You, with our recommendation. The table is tied to severity and published in advance.
Is it suitable for a small company?
Yes. You can start with a private program on one domain; the budget is controlled by the reward table and a monthly cap.
Let’s start
Start with a free external check
Give us your domain and we return a first report on your external attack surface and leaked accounts. Nothing is installed, nothing is blocked; the scope is agreed based on the result.
